FIRE is the second ritual in my Four Elements series, and after the lightness and freshness of AIR, this one brings something warmer, deeper and more golden.

Where AIR opens, FIRE brightens.

This is a ritual inspired by soft firelight, glowing skin, quiet confidence and that gorgeous feeling of warmth returning to your body and face. Not a harsh, blazing fire. More of a gentle beach bonfire at dusk. Soft light. Warmth. Glow. Space to exhale.

And yes, there is a little ritual magic too.

The facial itself is all about radiance. Skin is cleansed, exfoliated and treated with gorgeous Temple Spa products to leave it looking fresher, smoother and more luminous. Warm crystal massage helps soften tension through the face, neck, shoulders and décolletage, while the Trufflesque mask brings that beautiful golden moment for the skin.

While the mask is working, your FIRE ritual moves into a gentle energy cleanse using palo santo smoke and crystals. This creates a lovely sense of clearing, grounding and intention while the skin is being nourished beneath the mask.

The crystals I use for FIRE are chosen for their warmth and light. Think citrine, sunstone, carnelian and fire quartz - crystals chosen for warmth, glow, confidence and inner spark.

And because this is FIRE, the glow does not stop at the face.

In the longer version, the ritual includes body brushing and warm oil massage for the back, bringing warmth, circulation and softness to the body too. The massage blend is cosy and uplifting, with sweet orange, frankincense and black pepper - warm, gently spicy and perfect for this element.

I also finish with SPF, because if we are brightening and renewing the skin, we need to protect that glow afterwards. It is one of those things we all know we should do, but it really does matter, especially after facial exfoliation and radiance work.

There are two FIRE rituals available.

The Soft Firelight Ritual is a 90-minute facial-led ritual. Perfect if you want glowing skin, warmth, crystals, smoke cleansing and a beautiful sense of reset without booking a longer body treatment.

The Golden Firelight Ritual is the fuller 2.5-hour version. This includes everything in the facial ritual, with the addition of back body brushing, warm back massage and more time to properly sink into the element.

Both versions are designed to feel warm, golden and quietly powerful. This is not about rushing, fixing or forcing anything. It is about reconnecting with your own light.
